I undertook my medical training at Nottingham University in England, graduating as a doctor in 1985. After many years working in research I moved to New Zealand with my husband and 3 children and started as a GP in Motueka in 2004. I was one of the founding GPs when Pah, Poole and Greenwood St surgeries amalgamated in 2008. My areas of special interest are women’s health, sexual health, family planning, adolescent health and skin conditions. I am also one of the GP trainers in the practice.
Having brought them up in this region, I now have 3 adult children. When not at work I enjoy playing competitive Seniors tennis and badminton and dabble in lots of other sports. I am also fluent in German.
