Greenwood Health is recognised as an innovative rural medical teaching centre attracting quality students and trainees to Motueka. Our goal is to ensure the long-term viability of general practice.

Three made one

After the amalgamation of three established and well-respected practices in Motueka – Greenwood St, Pah St and Poole St Surgeries – Greenwood Health opened its doors in 2008.

Our Team

Greenwood Health has a large clinical team comprising of permanent and locum GPs, Nurse Practitioners, including an Urgent Care Practitioner and a large Nursing and Health Care Assistant Team who, alongside our Administrative Team, provide excellent care for our patients.

Our GP/NP Team work together in pairs, trios or groups to provide continuity of care for our patients

Our doctors are all Fellows of the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners or are working towards this qualification.
