In July this year we made the bold move to update our patient record system. Despite seeing some frantic faces if you visited during our first few days of learning, most of the impact of this was not felt by our patients.
The one aspect that is important for all patients to know, is that the online management of your own health records has now moved to the portal called MyIncidi.
This new way of managing your own records has replaced the system we have had for several years ManageMyHealth.
MyIndici has the functions you have come to know and love, such as booking appointments, ordering a repeat prescription and emailing your clinician directly. It also has the added benefit of being able to pay your bill online.
