Kia ora, I was raised in Nelson and graduated from Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology in 2004 with a Bachelor of Nursing, followed by my postgraduate training year in Melbourne.
I completed by Master of Nursing degree through Massey University in 2023 registering as a Nurse Practitioner. My nursing career has enabled me to travel widely and work in a variety of hospital and community settings in NZ, Australia and the UK.
My special interests include women’s health, inflammatory bowel disease, neurodiverse conditions, child and youth health, diabetes and mental health.
I live locally with my husband and two energetic sons, and in my spare time enjoy the outdoors including water sports and tramping, travel and creating delicious meals from my large cookbook collection!
