As the Operations and Compliance Manager, I oversee the operational management of our practice, ensuring our systems, processes, and services support the delivery of high-quality patient care. I also serve as our Health and Safety Officer and Privacy Officer, with responsibility for maintaining a safe environment for our patients, visitors, and team, while ensuring we meet our obligations under New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020 and the Health Information Privacy Code.
With more than 30 years of experience in management roles within the medical industry, I have developed a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and the importance of balancing operational efficiency with compassionate, patient-centred care.
